Return Policy – FabbyPrints

In accordance with Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of a contract in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or used to meet his individualized needs.

Most of our products are made as part of the custom 3D printing service and are implemented according to individual customer guidelines (e.g. on the basis of a provided STL file or a model indicated from an external service). Therefore, it is not possible to return the goods after they have been printed, unless the product has a technical defect resulting from our fault.

If the product has been damaged in transit or does not work as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

In the case of ready-made (non-personalized) products, the offer of which is available in the store without the customer's participation in the design process, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. In this case, please contact us by email before making a return.
