Shipping Policy

Lead time
Each product is made to order using 3D printing technology. The order processing time is usually between 2 and 5 working days. For more complex models, the lead time may be longer – in this case, we will inform you by email.

Shipping costs
The cost of delivery is automatically calculated in the shopping cart and depends on the selected shipping method and the country of delivery. All prices are visible before you complete your purchase.

Form of delivery
We carry out shipments through courier companies such as DPD, InPost or GLS. We do not offer personal collection.

Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.

Shipment Damage
If you receive a damaged package, please write a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact us at office@fabbyprints.com.
